Personal History
Clifford Harold Harner, 57, was killed in a mowing accident on his farm Tuesday afternoon [July 22, 1969]. He was mowing along a fence row when the tractor hit a wash-out, causing it to overturn. His son-in-law found the body about 9 PM. The White County coroner pronounced the death accidental, saying it occurred around 4 PM.
