Personal History

Philip Keener played electric guitar in a Danville Band when Bill Waggoner was in High School. Bill played guitar in a band in Danville too. Phil Keener was a very good guitarist, and I looked up to him and his talent. However, I didn’t know him personally as he was two years older than I was.
